I’m Lindsay Kennedy and I’m a follower of Jesus Christ. My life’s aim is to serve Him more.

My wife Natasha is my love. Despite her being an American and me an Australian we actually met in England where we are living now. Tasha is an artist and together we are in the early stages of working on a comic series together. Natasha and I were married in 2011.

We are pursuing God’s call on our lives to serve Him as missionaries in the UK. We believe the Lord has called us to eventually move up to Scotland and plant a church.

We are currently both staff at Calvary Chapel York Bible College where I am a Bible teacher and Tasha is the Bible Overview class overseer. Our goal is to be raised up and sent out to Scotland. I also work at a Primary School in York to help pay the bills and be involved in a local community.

Additionally, I am studying theology as time allows. We can’t afford seminary, so I’ve created this blog.

Why I Blog

I love the Bible and I love studying the Bible. I also love reading books about the Bible.

I believe I am called to pastoral ministry so I want to get my doctrine straight, however at the moment we can’t afford seminary. I am also very busy with my job and being heavily involved in various ministries.

A much cheaper option for now is to study theology through some of the best teachers: books. My hope is that this blog will be a place to share my discoveries and resources, review books, and start conversations on Biblical and Theological topics.

Welcome to my digital seminary!

Disclaimer: All theological views represented on this blog are my own and do not necessarily represent that of Calvary Chapel in any way.
